In a nutshell:
Thanks to the special composition and unique form of these hygienic tampons you'll be able to carry on being physically active.
This means that you'll still be able to have sex without any embarassment to either party.
How do I use these tampons?
1. Always wash your hands before inserting or removing the tampon.
2. Remove the Gynotex Soft-Tampon from its packaging.
3. For more comfort, insert the tampon whilst standing with one leg raised and resting on a chair for example. (Fig.2)
4. Hold the tampon between your thumb and middle finger in the centre of one of the flat sides.
5. With the other hand, open the labia and insert the tampon into the vagina until it comes into reaches your cervix. (Fig.3)
6. The Gynotex Soft-Tampon can be worn for 8 hours maximum, however, it is recommended that you replace the tampon every 4-6 hours. (Fig. 4)
7. Use your index and middle finger like a set of tweezers to remove the tampon. If this proves difficult thing, squatting down is recommended, as this reduces vaginal depth. (Fig. 5)
8. If you are pregnant, please consult your gynaecologist or doctor before using Gynotex Soft-Tampon. (Fig. 6)
